A battle that is less discussed

Currently India is playing Pakistan in semifinal. It is much hyped and much discussed. All the media and pundit were discussing about the Indian batting versus Pakistan bowling. How Indian batting is strong and whether Pakistani bowlers can rip through it?

At the end of the first innings Pakistani bowlers did a good job in restricting India to 260. Pakistan could have been done better but 260 is commendable. What none of the pundits discussed is Indian bowling versus Pakistan batting. Can Indian bowling defend an average total? Can Pakistan batting chase an total which is average but not mediocre? Pakistan won the first half of the innings by bowling out India in 260 on a pitch where 300 would have been a good score. But lost the match by loosing the second half which is less discussed about.
